If the proposed change is implemented, legendary fruit chance per refresh would be around 1-3%, with higher chances for epic and rare.
if it were to be implemented the chances of having legendarys appear would be low for each refresh, prob around 1-3% but much higher for epics and rares etc
Halloween event brings back trick or treat, halloween fishes, dullahan, and Transylvania bosses with drop changes.

Duo queue search expands to other regions the longer the queue takes; region pick is only suggestive.
duo queue takes longer and will expand your search query the longer the queue takes which includes other regions. the region pick is suggestive when it comes to region lobbies.
Current drop chance is 0.1%, considered raising to 0.5% without rate multipliers.
Rn the drop is .1% if i make it harder im thinking of raising to .5%
That is without any rate multipliers
With max rate multiplied it would be 1.5%

The quest system rework was sidelined by the battle royale update.
this isn't a joke btw or biased hate the br update legitimately sideline the update that was going to rework the quest system to make the game more immersive and less of a bandit beater its why there's so many bosses in thriller bark but there's no quest system u just fight them and get sum souls

Leonard was originally designed as a legendary fruit meant to buff base Rokushiki.
leonard was specifically designed to be a legendary because leopard isn't that strong on its own and its a hype fruit so i thought it would be cool of it was accessible it was planned that it would buff BASE roku, but it took so long to add leonard into the game that kamishiki dropped before the fruit came out.

but the v2 set up also makes it easier to keep the fruit u already have and upgrade it instead of it getting entirely replaced or updated without warning

Leopard's rarity cannot be above Legendary without skill changes, and drop rates are unchanged.
