If the proposed change is implemented, legendary fruit chance per refresh would be around 1-3%, with higher chances for epic and rare.
if it were to be implemented the chances of having legendarys appear would be low for each refresh, prob around 1-3% but much higher for epics and rares etc

for majority of the halloween event i will just bring back the old events to direct more time into the main content besides events
