Balancing every fruit enchant is not possible, so enchants are considered too nuanced.

Goro's stamina drain was reduced twice, and Flash Smash gained armor and 30% speed.
the stamina drain was reduced twice, the damage over all was buffed, flash smash has armor and is 30% faster, and paralyze is faster, and it's one of the strongest war fruits (if u know how to use it), idk something about an instant cast 300 dmg pillar that stuns just rings true in war/team settings

cos it's almost fine rn, the goal is to bring other fruits back to where goro is rather then over buffing goro to other fruits

M1 parries are not luck-based; they depend on blocking on hit.
m1 pbs r not luck based unless u don't know how to block on hit, what makes it worse is the people who ask for this think it'll make them better at the game when in reality it makes people who r better at u have more options to beat you with since they can now m1 freely with no consequences especially if u don't have a counter or m1 bait skill like shock punch
Gauntlets was nerfed so players could no longer block on hit to parry Grand Entrance Slam.
most people don't like their shit getting nerfed lol but like in this kind of balance check the only way everything u use is getting nerfed without buffs is if u were running the most atrocious metamance build u possibly could and thought it wouldn't get nerfed lol

Mera was given a combo starter via weapons and fighting styles; Fireflies' total stun was already nerfed.
mera doesn't have any combo potential so i gave it a combo starter for weapons and fighting styles u pair with it, that of which can be stopped pretty easily. im also pretty sure the total stun for fireflies as nerfed already. i propose we reduce over all damage scaling rather than just draggin the fruits only combo potential through the mud, even pika and magu have it
i've talked to pho several times about combo scaling, but this isn't a fighting game so it's not first prio but i'll bring it up to him again

Gomu fruit rarity has been nerfed eight times.

Scaling Haki has not been changed and no longer gives a major damage boost.

Balance checks are not done by testers; Phoeyu handles balancing and Yami had two extenders back.
