Reroll and reset unlocks occur at 230k, 235k, and a 24-k level threshold.
230k = 2x reroll
235k = sp reset
24-k = df reset

Recent clothes are not coming in update 4, but other made outfits will.

Next clothing plan is 2-3 more female outfits, then 4 male outfits, then switching.
note i'm making 2-3 more females clothes then i'll make 4 male clothes then switch etc
Stat reset is planned at the 220k level threshold.
