Battle royale final zone shrinks quickly once the zone has been up too long to end the match faster.
u mean when the zone has been up for too long and the gamemode is trying to end quickly to get on to the next match?

chillin, just hit top 100 on both heroes i play in rivals and finished a couple commissions
they don't do that because of some lunge m1 dash mechanic they did it because their first m1 drags you forward naturally
and they were designed like that back then to make up for how slow they were
