GPO trading guide

If you're new to Grand Piece Online trading, here's what you need to know. This guide assumes you can reach Second Sea and have finished at least one anniversary event.

When you are ready to trade, post an offer on the GPO trade board, check any deal with the GPO trade calculator and WFL checker, and look up every item in the GPO value list.

How the GPO economy works

GPO has no official trading currency (Peli doesn't count, it's an in-game grind). Instead, items are priced relative to each other, usually anchored to the Mythical Fruit Chest (MFC). On this site, MFC is worth 10,000 value units; every other item is measured against that.

The rarity ladder

1. Common / uncommon — rarely traded, filler.
2. Rare — floor-level prestige items, low-tier fruits.
3. Epic — early-game valuables, Time-Rift Capsules.
4. Legendary — mid-game peak: World Ender, ASE, Kikoku, most fruits.
5. Mythical — Dark Blade, top fruits (Dragon, Mochi, Soul), Ryu's Katana.
6. Collectable — event exclusives: PCC, PFL, PWE, PIRB, ICC, Candy Cane.
7. Exclusive — basically unreachable. Marine Cap, Marine Cape, Cool Shades. Private DM or auction trades only.

What trades look like

Most trades take one of these shapes:

• 1:1 — "PFL for PCC" (common for prestige-tier swaps)
• N:1 chest stack — "3 MFC for 1 Dark Blade"
• Bundle — "PCC for PFL + ICC + CASE" (value-matched assemblage)
• Prestige + adds — "PCC for PFL + adds" where adds is negotiable filler

What items should you grind?

For new traders, focus on items with reliable drop paths and high liquidity:

• Legendary Fruit Chest — easy Peli currency, tradeable
• Mythical Fruit Chest — anchor item, always tradeable
• Time-Rift Capsule — current Battle Pass reward
• Ryu's Katana — 5% boss drop, low barrier
• All Seeing Eye (ASE) — mid-tier accessory with high demand

Safety rules

1. Never trade without checking values for every item.
2. Don't trust "fair trade I promise" — run the math.
3. If the other side refuses to itemize adds, walk away.
4. Trade in high-reputation servers.
5. For high-value trades (1M+ units), stream or screenshot-record the trade window.
