BALANCE CHANGES

Combat

• Can no longer reset stat points while stunned or mid-skill.

Devil Fruits

Dragon:

• Full Form:
• Draconic Tempest Spiral — Hitbox reduced by 20%, now tags targets with outside-damage reduction.
• Draconic Cyclone — Per-hit stun reduced from 0.4 to 0.25 seconds, now tags targets with outside-damage reduction.
• Draconic Ascension — Flight speed reduced by 25%.

Soul:

• Nimbus Ride — Speed now scales with HP loss (less HP = less speed).
• Prominence Ray — No longer floats the user in the air when cast during combat, matching Pika Ray behavior.

Tori:

• Half Form:
• Phoenix Brand — Cooldown reduced from 18 to 14 seconds, damage scaling increased by 10%.
• Phoenix Burst — Cooldown increased from 12 to 14 seconds, damage scaling increased by 12.5%.
• Flight Speed — Increased by 25%.
• Full Form:
• Full Form — Mode bar requirement increased from 25% to 50%.
• Transformation — Animation speed increased by 50%, endlag reduced from 1.5 to 1.0 seconds.
• Phoenix Burst — Burn duration reduced from 4 to 3 ticks, per-hit stun reduced by 25%.
• M1s — Now match Pteranodon M1s. Stun increased from 0.51 to 1.11 seconds, damage scaling now matches Talons.
• Immortal Thistle — Base stamina drain reduced from 3 to 2 per tick, each blocked hit permanently adds +1/tick (Bari Sphere pattern).
• Phoenix Dive Bomb — Peak-hover before descent reduced from 1.2 to 0.9 seconds (startup unchanged).
• Hitbox — Reduced. See attached image (red = old, pink = new).
• Flight Speed — Increased by 25%.

Pteranodon:

• Full Form:
• Full Form Requirement — Mode bar requirement reduced from 75% to 50%.
• Flight Speed — Increased by 25%.
• Hitbox — Wings now properly register on attacks that clip the wingspan.

Fighting Styles

Dragon Claw:

• Dragon Breath — First-tick stun increased by 20%. Second-tick combo is now true (previously escapable with Geppo).

Iron Fist:

• Galaxy Impact — Endlag increased from 0.8 to 2.0 seconds, final pillar tick now punts targets up and outward with unEvadeable knockback. C → Z (Fusillade Fist) is no longer a true combo.

Kamishiki:

• Shigan Barrage — Tap-release no longer guard breaks, guard break threshold increased from 6 to 10 hits.

Weapons

Blood Scythe:

• Reaping Grasp — Wind-up reduced by 0.1 seconds, damage reduced by 20%.
• Reaping Strike — Startup reduced by ~0.4 seconds.

Crab Cutlass:

• Cutlass Lunge — Sword Mastery requirement reduced from 75 to 30.
• Cutlass Ladder — Sword Mastery requirement reduced from 90 to 55.

Iceborn Gunblade:

• Frost Blast — Hyper armor now applies for the full cast.

Kraken Blade:

• Eternal Flow — Hit count now exactly 10 (was ~21 via time window), per-hit damage doubled. Charge cap reduced from 5 to 3 seconds. Animation and VFX resynced to the damage window.

Pitchfork:

• Pitchfork Impale — Cooldown increased from 13 to 15 seconds.

Snowcap Scepter:

• Scepter Snowball — No cooldown between uses 1-2, chain 3 as fast as animation plays, 15s cooldown after the 3rd. Hitbox radius increased by 10%.
• Scepter Storm — Damage scaling increased by 25%.

Vera's Whip:

• Whip Slam — Cooldown now starts after the grab ends on successful hits (previously burned ~3s of the 14s cooldown during the grab).

Private Servers

• Stamina Pad — Now refills all mode bars, Inferno Rocket Blade damage, etc., and the Evasive bar when No Cooldowns is enabled.

M1 PERFECT BLOCKS — 1-WEEK TRIAL

M1 PBs have become a major competitive problem across all forms of gameplay — they happen too often, feel undeserved on either side, and end fights before a single move gets cast. The root cause is that the M1 hitbox now triggers the instant the player M1s, whereas in the past there was a brief delay between the input and the hitbox firing. Reverting isn't feasible because several newer weapons depend on the current timing.

M1 PBs are now disabled for a 1-week trial. At the end of the week, a poll in #gpo-updates will decide whether the change stays.

• PvE unaffected — M1 PBs remain enabled against NPCs and Bosses.

GPO • Mini Update — Apr 19, 2026

EVENT

• [NEW] Easter Event 2026 — Runs until May 1, 2026. Hunt Easter eggs across 8 major islands to earn exclusive rewards. Each island has a unique egg type. Start at Shell's Town to find your first Iron Jaw Egg.

How it works:

• The event spans across the First and Second Sea.
• Walk up to any egg and interact with it to crack it open.
• Crack 5 of the same egg type to collect it. Upon collecting, the egg is added to your inventory as a wearable cosmetic. Progress saves across sessions and is tracked in the new Easter 2026 UI (accessible from the HUD).
• Eggs spawn every 5 minutes in public servers and every 10 minutes in private servers. Each island can hold multiple eggs at once — the more players in your server, the more eggs can be active at the same time. Public servers can have up to 40 eggs active server-wide, while private servers cap at 24.

Rewards:
Each crack rewards one of the following:

• Race Reroll (x2–5)
• SP Reset Essence
• Dark Root
• Special Tailor Token — Unlocked after collecting that specific egg type (5/5).
• Egg Phone — Unlocked after collecting your first egg. Helps track nearby eggs.

• Egg Hunter Title — Awarded after cracking 100 total eggs. Egg Hunter holders have a 0.5% chance to receive a bonus fruit on any crack, and a 1% chance to receive a Mini Bunny (up to a maximum of 6).
• Collect all 8 egg types before the event ends to receive a special bunny reward. The bunny will be distributed after the event concludes on May 1, 2026.

Note:

• Public servers are better for grinding due to faster egg spawn rates.
• The Egg Phone from previous years still works if you already own one.

Note:

• Some weapon models have textures that may not recolor as intended — the color tints the texture rather than fully recoloring it. This also applies to some particles.
• The following Prestige weapons have had their textures converted to greyscale, allowing for full and accurate recoloring instead of a color tint:

• [NEW] A new in-game browser for Custom Tailor presets. Browse, search, preview, and apply community-made designs without needing share codes. Open the tailor and tap Presets to access it.

Publishing:

• Costs 10,000 Peli to publish your first preset. Free to republish if you unpublish and change your mind.
• Give your preset a name, description, and optional thumbnail before publishing.
• Published presets can be unpublished at any time.

Creator Donations:

• Preset creators can receive Robux tips from other players via a donate button on their preset card. To set it up, create a Roblox gamepass and the game will automatically detect it. Similar to PLS DONATE, but only gamepasses are supported — no t-shirts or other items.

BUG FIXES

• Stamina Regen — Fixed a bug causing incorrect stamina regeneration at high ping.
• Fish Bait — Fixed fish bait not being purchasable in the Trade Hub.
• Chat — Fixed various chat bugs.

• Favorite Colors — Players can save favorite colors in the Custom Tailor color wheel, accessible across all sessions.
• QOL Buttons — Additional quality of life buttons have been added to the Custom Tailor, including an Apply to All option that lets you apply a color to all sections or specific sections at once.

Costs:

• Weapon Unlock — Pay 75,000 Peli once per weapon to unlock the ability to tailor that weapon.
• Fruit Unlock — Offer the fruit itself or purchase with Robux once per fruit to unlock the ability to tailor that fruit. Robux pricing starts at 299 Robux (may be lower depending on your region, as low as 119 Robux).
• Color changes — 3 Special Tailor Tokens per main category.
• Main categories are the top-level tabs in the tailor UI, each representing a skill or section of the weapon (e.g., "Dimensional Slash", "Divine Fury", "M1 Attacks", "Weapon Model").
• Changing any color within a category costs 3 tokens, regardless of how many sub-components are changed inside it.
• Reset to default — Free

Note:

• Base weapons that have a Prestige version will not be added to Custom Tailor. Only the Prestige/Collectable versions will be supported.
• More weapons and fruits will be added over time. Dragon and Soul are next. A community vote will be held to determine which weapons are added after that, excluding weapons that will not be supported.
• The existing Unlimited Tailor subscription applies strictly to outfits and accessories only, and does not apply to weapons or fruits.
• Weapon and fruit tailoring is not available in the Trade Hub. It can only be accessed in the First or Second Sea.
• Reminder: Special Tailor Tokens can be purchased from the Traveling Merchant shop for Peli.
