removed getting health packs in regular arena

the little device icon over players will now be hidden in arena/br matches
adjusted the bonus hp and bonus stamina from levels to fully cap out at level 100, this is a buff to lower level players. so for every level you have, up until level 100 u get 1 extra max hp and 1 extra max stamina
