• Start up on Water Serpent increased but projectile speed increased
• Water Prison cd reduced by 3 seconds
• Shark Barrage stun increased slightly
• Shark barrage start up increased by 20%

Pteranodon

• Rage Bar changed to Mode Bar
• 50% requirement for Full Form instead of 80%
• Passive mode regen out of combat
• Vermillion Bow cd 20s > 12s
• Relentless Strikes cd 60s > 25s
• Relentless Strikes df scaling decreased by 50%
• Skyborne Slam daze stun increased by .3 seconds

Phoenix

• Triple Talon Kick final kick hitbox increased to match the VFX
• Dive Bomb daze stun reduced by half
• Spread on full form burst decreased
• Damage on half form burst increased by 20%, full form burst damage decreased by 20%

2SS

• Rashomon Draw damage scaling increased
• 72 Caliber Phoenix damage scaling increased
• Nitoryu Strike full charge speed increased by 30%
• 2ss M1 scaling increased

Ace

• Divine Departure damage decreased by 30%
• Final Retort blockable

Black Pitchfork

• Pitchfork Dance knockback increased

Gomu

• Gomu Rocket cd increased to 13s
• Bazooka damage scaling increased by 30%
• Bazooka stun and knockback increased slightly
• Rifle damage increased by 30%
• Gear 2 dashes upgraded to the Kamishiki dash

Yami

• Black Hole start up increased by 30%
• Black Hole damage increased by 2.25x
• Black Hole size increased by 20%
• Black Vortex pull speed increased slightly
• Hitbox for the projectiles on Dark Liberation increased
• Dark Liberation now gives 20% damage reduction when charging
• Black Star pull range increased by 50%
• Black Star damage scaling increased by 15%

Spring

• Spring dashes only in Spring Mode
• Spring Blitz stun on the barrage increased
• Spring Facebreaker blockable
• Death Knock block breaker
• Coil Crusher can be aimed in any direction

Cupid's Wand

• Cupid's Blessing knockback and stun increased slightly
• Cupid's Wrath stun increased

Dark Blade

• World's Strongest Slash start up sped up slightly

Kage

• Overall damage scaling increased by 30%

Kamishiki

• Shigan Barrage scaling decreased by 40%

Knight Gauntlets

• M1 scaling reduced by 25%

Venom

• Venom Demon Hydra blockable
• Venom Rush breaks block again
