• Top Damage Reward — The player who deals the most damage in the dungeon is awarded a random fruit at the end.
• Cupid's Nemesis Title — Title from previous year still applies.
• Returning Drops — Cupid Boat, Cupid's Wand, Cupid's Battleaxe, Cupid Headband, Cupid Mask, Dark Root, and SP Reset Essence are also available from last year.

Note:

• If the Cupid Queen is glowing and visually wearing the Prestige Cupid's Chakram and Cupid Queen's Maid Outfit, only one of those items is a guaranteed drop.
• If the Cupid Queen is wearing the Cupid's All Seeing Eye, it is a guaranteed drop.
• Vanguard NPCs have a chance to glow and wear the regular Maid Outfit, indicating a guaranteed drop.
• Leo has a chance to use Pink Mera, indicating a guaranteed drop of his Inferno Hagoromo.

• Fishing — Devil fruits can now only be fished up using Rare fish bait or higher.
• Rare Fish Bait — Now takes 2 rare fish to craft.
