• Buy a pumpkin bag from the witch at the center to start trick or treating for candies
• Candies can be obtained from knocking on doors with your candy basket out
• 
• You can only hold up to the max capacity of your bucket, so upgrading is necessary
• 66% Chance of getting candy (treat) and 33% chance of being tricked
• If you get extremely lucky or unlucky you get a title
• Every 5 mins candy skeletons spawn on the island which drop candies once you defeat them
• Candies can be used to buy items from the halloween shop
•

NEW TAILOR NPC:

• First sea located at Shells Town

• Shows up in the trade hub as well on the beach
• Allows you to fully customize the colors of any outfit/accessory
• Customizing outfits cost 5,000 Peli
• Customizing accessories requires a Special Tailor Token
• Can be bought at the Traveling Merchant for peli
• Can be bought in the robux shop, 10 Tokens for 250 Robux
• Tradeable/Giftable
• Allows you to recolor particles,parts, and tint textures
• BR Outfits are also recolorable and transfers to BR
• You can also obtain the outfit the npc wears which is called “Tailors Regalia”. Just find out how!
• Toggle between tailored and default in inventory
• 
• The outfit/accessories you want to customize needs to be equipped to show up

BATTLE ROYALE CHANGES:

• The water is shallow meaning there is a layer of sand right under it so u can walk.

MISC CHANGES:

• Added new settings/setting categories

• Allows you to control how much damage you output. 0-100%

• Allows you to control how much particles you see. Decrease towards 0 if you lag alot

• Removed vomit from devil fruit eating animation (roblox age rating)
• You now no longer need to dark root common/rare fruits to eat a new fruit
• Added BR pings to the main game, hold down the middle mouse button or tap to use. Only visible to people in your party
• Other peoples pings can be disabled in settings
• Adjusted vaulting to be smoother
• New VFX on all Horo skills

• Dullahan race is back in the race pool, you can roll for it until the halloween event is over. The halloween fishes are also back if you want to get those

BALANCE CHANGES:

• Fixed barrier sphere, now it should properly block all outside damage even if a projectile noclips thru as well as other stuff.

• Stamina drain reduced, but every source of damage you block now takes 1.5% max stam
